Do you offer cash on delivery?
All transactions must be made on the website using card, Klarna, Scalapay, or PayPal. Unfortunately, we have removed the cash-on-delivery service, so it is no longer possible to pay upon delivery.

How do I return an item?

How does the return process work?
The customer has the right to rescind the purchase contract and return the product within 14 days of delivery. Return costs are paid by the customer: €5 for standard return shipping. If you choose GLS home pick-up, the cost (€10) will be automatically deducted from your refund.
What is the time period to make a return?
You are entitled to return the product within 14 days of receiving the package. Return shipping is at your expense. Depending on the courier you choose, costs may vary.
Are there costs for return shipping?
Yes, you bear the cost of return shipping. You may use any courier. If you use GLS pick-up, €10 will be deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges due to past issues with customers. We recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the correct size.
Why was I refunded €5 less?
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The total includes €5 for return and, if applicable, costs for pick-up with GLS.
Is a home pick-up return available?
Yes. If you choose GLS pick-up, €10 will be deducted from your refund and you will receive a link to schedule the pick-up.
Can I pick up my order at your office?
Yes, you can collect your order at our premises: Via del Progresso, 53 – 36050 Sovizzo (VI). Offices are open Monday–Friday 08:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00. After payment online, arrange your visit and you will be refunded €5 for return shipping.
Can I come to try on an item before purchasing?
Yes. You may come to our office to try on an item after completing the online purchase and paying. You will then be refunded €5 for return shipping.
What are the refund processing times?
After we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process your refund in our accounting system within 1–2 business days.
Are the products original?
We are an e-commerce store offering competitive prices and original branded products. All items are authentic and may include original packaging and documentation.
What are the typical shipping times?
Orders are shipped on the next working day via GLS. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days, barring unforeseen delays. Tracking and shipping details are emailed after dispatch.
Is there a discount code for new customers?
We recommend searching Google or subscribing to newsletters to find discount codes, but we do not issue them directly.
